My nonfiction published in lots of boring places like ISSA Security Journal, Info World, SENSIAC and other IT related publications nobody reads for fun. I recently published an article on Bayesian Hierarchical Modeling in the SENSIAC Journal.

I am a Gold winner of the Maryland Writer’s Association short-fiction contest in 2012, and first-place winner of the 2006 Maryland Writer’s Association novel contest. I am also a winner of Sara Kellerman’s heart in the fourth grade, but I understand that award has de-valued over the years. Why is it that so many emotional prizes atrophy?
